Catering Assistant / Wash & Pack

📍 Location: Brisbane Airport, QLD 4008

🕒 6AM–2PM | Monday to Sunday | Site is 24/7 operational.

💰 Pay Rate: $32.68 per hour (ordinary rate + casual loading)

We are currently seeking for reliable Catering Assistants for the Wash & Pack area to join our fast-paced client in providing appealing food and beverage service options for both international & domestic airlines based at Brisbane Airport.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the chefs in the preparation and cooking of foods.
• Washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing workstations, cleaning and folding napkins, getting cutlery ready
• Once the food has been cooked, putting and displaying it in the containers and getting them ready for the fridges.
• Ensure the quantity and qualities, including labelling based on the specific airlines (e.g.: Air Canada. Asiana Airlines) for both international & domestic areas.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• People with high attention to details.
• Must be able to pass the Pre-Employment Medical Check including a Drug & Alcohol Test (no need to pay).
• Flexible availability for both day and afternoon shifts.
• Preferably pick packing experience.
